In previous versions of Lifecraft, emotions were recorded in two places: (1) the Entry View and (2) the Emotions View. Starting in version 3, all emotions are centralized in one place: the Entry View. See Adding Emotions to learn how to add emotions to journal entries.
Where is the Emotions View?
The Emotions View was removed in version 3. If you recorded emotions in the previous Emotion View, don’t worry: those emotions were converted to journal entries and saved to a new Emotions journal.
To see the new journal entries, navigate to the Journal List and select the Emotions journal. The new entries also appear when “All Entries” is selected.
Moving the emotions to journal entries has a number of advantages.
- You no longer have to manually copy emotions from the Emotions View to your journal entries.
- You can search for specific emotions/text in the Entry List.
- The emotions appear in the new Emotion Charts.
