We all want to keep our private thoughts private, right? If you're concerned about other people reading your journal, you can lock Lifecraft so it only opens after you've entered your password.
What you’ll need
This feature requires Lifecraft Pro.
On your iPhone, iPad
- Open the app Settings.
- Tap Privacy.
- Select "Lock Lifecraft".
- Type your current encryption password. That's the password you chose the very first time you launched Lifecraft (the one we told you not to forget).
- Choose an auto-lock time. For example, if you select "5 Minutes", Lifecraft will automatically lock 5 minutes after you leave Lifecraft (switch to another app or turn off your iPhone).
When you lock your journal, Lifecraft will ask you to type your current encryption password (it's not asking you to choose a new password). This is a safety measure so you don't accidentally lock yourself out of Lifecraft.
-
Enable Touch/Face ID if your device supports it.
-
To change your password, tap "Change Password" and follow the prompts.
