Every main view (Compass, Challenges, Journal, Dashboard) has a scrollable calendar view so you can navigate to different dates.

• Click a date in the calendar to navigate to that date.
• Click the date in the bar above the calendar to jump to One Month Ago, One Year Ago, Two Years Ago, etc.

Journal Calendar View

The calendar in the Journal view is resizable and appears at the bottom of the entry list:

Navigate entries

• If a calendar date is highlighted, that means there's an entry on that date. The highlight color reflects the emotion you assigned to that entry.
• When you click a date in the calendar, the entry list will scroll to the entry on that date.
• Click the date in the bar above the calendar to jump to One Month Ago, One Year Ago, Two Years Ago, etc.

Resize the calendar

• Drag the date bar above the calendar to resize the calendar view.
• Click the date bar above the calendar to expand/collapse the calendar view.
• Hide the calendar view: tap the More button (···) at the top of the entry list and select Hide.
