Accepting challenges can enrich your life in many ways. You’ll learn new things about yourself and the world around you, and your self-confidence will soar. This is represented by the Challenges wings icon.

What you’ll need

This feature requires Lifecraft Premium.

Select the Challenges view

Click the Challenges button in the navigation bar:

Discover new challenges

1. Click Discover in the main Challenges view.
2. Select a challenge category.
3. Select a challenge to see its description.

Accept a challenge

When you find a challenge you’d like to try, scroll to the bottom of the challenge description and click Accept Challenge.

Customize a challenge

To change the default challenge time, click Customize Challenge at the bottom of the challenge description. Some challenges can also be modified. For example, a challenge might be to do "10 push-ups", but if you’d like to push yourself, you can change it to "20 push-ups".

Challenge times

Some challenges occur at specific times (Breakfast, Mid-Morning, Bedtime, etc.) There’s also a "Default" time for challenges that don’t occur at a specific time of day. You can modify these times to match your lifestyle:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings > Compass/Challenges
• Mac: Preferences > Times

These settings provide the initial challenge times. However, you can choose your own time(s) for any challenge that you accept. Just click Customize Challenge at the bottom of the challenge description.

See your current challenges

Click Accepted in the main Challenges view.

To cancel a challenge, select the challenge, scroll to the bottom of the challenge description, then click End Challenge.

Challenge messages

When a challenge needs your attention, you'll receive a notification and a new message will appear in the main Challenges view. To view your challenge messages, make sure today's date is selected in the Calendar view:

• iPhone/iPad: click  or swipe from the left side of the screen to open the Calendar view.
• Mac: select Today in the column on the left side of the main window.

See your awards

Click Awards in the main Challenges view. Click an award to see a large version or to open the challenge associated with the award.
