Lifecraft includes a variety of ways to share journal entries. You can print them, insert them in an email message, convert them to PDF, etc.
On your iPhone, iPad
Share a single entry
- Select a journal entry.
- Tap the More button (···) at the top of the entry.
- Choose Share Entry in the More view.
- Choose Share (Print, Mail…) to open the standard iOS sharing view which includes Printing options.
Share multiple entries
- Select the Entry List.
- Tap the More button (···) at the top of the entry list.
- Tap the Select button (as show in the above image).
- Select one or more entries, then tap Share at the bottom of the entry list.
- Choose Share (Print, Mail…) to open the standard iOS sharing view which includes Printing options.
Other ways to share
- Tap & hold an ENTRY in the Entry List to share the selected entry.
- Tap & hold a JOURNAL in the Journal List to share all of the entries in the selected journal.
Weather
The weather is included by default when an entry is shared (e.g. printed). To remove the weather:
- Tap the More button (···) at the top of the journal entry or entry list.
- Select App Settings to open the Settings view.
- Select General, then uncheck Include weather in printouts.
On your Mac
Share a single entry
- Select a journal entry.
- Tap the More button (···) at the top of the entry.
- Choose Share Entry in the More view, then choose a sharing destination as shown above.
Print entries
- Select one or more journal entries in the entry list. Hold down the Shift or Command key to select multiple entries.
- Choose File > Print.
- If more than one entry is selected, the contents of every selected entry will be combined in the single document.
Export to PDF
- Select one or more journal entries in the entry list. Hold down the Shift or Command key to select multiple entries.
- Choose File > Export > PDF to export the selected entries to a PDF file.
Weather

- Choose Lifecraft > Settings to open the Settings window.
- Select the General settings.
- Uncheck Include weather in printouts.
